Services/Products Terms

• Once you have placed an order for any products or services through our websites (including any order for printing services), the order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation will be provided by email.
• The decision as to whether to accept any order from you is at our sole discretion.
• In the event that printed items are produced and prior to dispatch are then discovered to be in breach of 23 Snaps Ltd terms and conditions, we will not dispatch the printed items to you or to any guest who ordered the printed items. We may, at our sole discretion, refund all or a proportion of the payment made in respect of the order concerned but reserve the right to charge in full as if the printed items had been dispatched.
• To maintain continuity of service we reserve the right to use alternative photographic paper products in the production of printed items, to those stated on our websites or used in previous products.
• Free printed items may be offered from time to time as part of a promotion or competition. Free printed items can only be claimed as part of an online order through our websites or mobile applications. Postage and packing charges may still apply and will need to be paid by credit or debit card or from your account, unless otherwise stated.
• Offer codes may be published from time to time as part of a promotion. Offer codes may provide a number of free printed items or a discount on part of an order. Offer codes can only be used for online orders placed through our websites or mobile applications. A maximum of one offer code can be specified per order. Unless otherwise specified, postage and packing charges will still apply to orders subject to an offer code. Further conditions may apply and if applicable will be published with the relevant offer code.
• We will use all reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence. Such reply will be by email.

Returns

• In the event that the Products are damaged or defective or do not match the description specified in this service, you can speak to our Customer Service team who will be happy to offer a full refund.
• For photo printing and photo book products that are not defective or damaged or do not match the description specified in this service, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. For other products and services, goods can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase.
• 23snaps reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund or return the Products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

Payment

• The prices payable for the Products that you order are clearly set out on the 23snaps website and mobile applications.
• If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before your order is accepted. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
• You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card or most debit cards. Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at this time.

Cancellation of an order

• You may cancel your order by contacting us by email within 6 hours of your order. You may be asked to provide further proof that you are the holder of the card associated with the order. We may be unable to cancel orders cancelled outside this timeframe.

Questions, concerns or complaints

• If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about material which appears on our websites, please contact us.
• Complaints or claims must be notified to us within 28 days of receipt of products, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the products were expected to arrive.

Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms (and the provision of products and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any products and services by us the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or other relevant country.
