Getting Started with 23snaps

Getting started with 23snaps is quick and easy. Follow these steps to experience the value of 23snaps in just a few minutes.

Create an Account

Download the 23snaps app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit the website to create an account.

Provide your email address and set a password to register. You can also add a profile picture to personalize your account.

Add Your Children

Once your account is created, the next step is to add your children. Go to "Family Settings" and select "Add Child."

Enter your child's name, date of birth, and optionally add a profile picture. This will help track important milestones and make it easy to tag them in posts.

Add a Partner

If applicable, invite your partner to join your family on 23snaps. In "Family Settings," select "Add Partner" and enter their email address to send an invitation.

Once your partner accepts the invitation, both of you will have the ability to post and manage family content, including adding or editing information about your children.

Connect with Close Family and Friends

To share your precious moments with close family and friends, send them connection requests. Go to "Connections" and select "Invite to Connect."

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to connect with. Once they accept the invitation, they’ll be able to see your posts and stay updated on your family.

Start Sharing Moments

Now that your family and connections are set up, you can start sharing photos, videos, and updates. Go to the "Post" section to create a new post, add tags for your partner, children, or connected family members, and share it with your chosen audience.

You can tag your children and partner in posts, and if you tag someone from a connected family, they will need to approve the tag before it becomes visible.

Explore Notifications and Privacy Settings

Make sure to configure your notification preferences so you don’t miss any updates. You can choose to receive push notifications, immediate email digests, or daily/weekly summaries.

Review your privacy settings to ensure that only the people you trust can see your posts. You can adjust these settings from the "Privacy Settings" section.
